Conrad Ondieki Miruka graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Periyar University in India. He went on to complete a Master of Science degree from Bharathidasan University in India too. He is very passionate about providing consultancy services to a wide range of clients, including individuals who want to improve their business operations, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and large multinational corporations. Before founding Shilton Glenys Consultants Limited, he worked at Kampala International University in Uganda, where he was involved in teaching and research. He has authored a number of journal articles which deal with research and other short communications which are his opinion expressions. He likes to provide advisory services in training and research, which he has been doing over the years while at Kampala International University. He has also been involved in initiating training partnerships for academic and industry departments to foster better collaboration in training. He likes to see organizations performing better upon receiving consultancy services from experts in industry. 


Ronald Isaka Nyakundi completed his Bachelor of Education degree from Maseno University. He then completed the Master of Business Administration (MBA) from African Nazarene University majoring in project management. He then went on to serve at Windle Trust as an ICT Project Coordinator, before joining BHER University as a lecturer in project management. During his tenure at BHER, he gained substantial experience with multinational corporations involved in various projects in Kenya and the East Africa region, for which he was providing advisory services. His business and project management skills have been very instrumental in landing him consultancy contracts for many SMEs in Kenya. He is passionate about helping organizations transform the way they handle projects for quick turnaround outcomes. Before joining Shilton Glenys Consultants Limited, he was actively engaged in establishing networks with organizations that are involved in provision of project management services to both the private and public service sectors. He likes to envision a state in which all projects are managed in a very systematic and professional manner so that clients and contractors get the best outcomes from their investments. This has been a major motivation factor in all his undertakings with all types of projects. 


Bernard Kipkirui Mutai completed his Bachelors in Co-Operative Business majoring in Finance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He then completed his Master of business administration from University of Nairobi, majoring in accounting. He has served in numerous organizations where he played a variety of roles. At Equity Bank Limited, he worked as a relationship officer, where he was instrumental in establishing key financial control systems. At Ndege Chai Sacco Ltd, he served as the acting FOSA manager, where he was directly involved with directing and coordinating management of FOSA revenue and expenditure. Before joining Shilton Glenys Consultants Limited, Bernard had been in the department of finance at Kampala International University, where he served as the deputy director. He is passionate about helping organizations perform better in their financial controls. His commitment to organizational improvement has seen him attend many conferences where he has gained new innovative skills in the establishment and deployment of financial controls.
